Smoothie bowl - Papaya crunch

For the longest time I have experimented with a few different eating ideas. With my yoga studies in full force and all the reading I have done, I felt myself shifting towards eating more whole, plant based foods and I am slowing changing the way I look at the food I eat.

I am not 100% sure if I am going to go vegan all the way just yet but I am going to start making some serious lifestyle and eating changes.

Here is the first (of many) smoothie bowl recipes:

To make your smoothie bowl I would suggest going out and buying bananas and freezing them, as no smoothie bowl is complete without them.

Ingredients:

1/2 papaya

1 frozen ripe banana

1/4 cup of coconut water

1 kiwi fruit

5-10 blueberries

1/2 cup granola

In a blender combine the Papaya, banana and coconut water until a smooth consistency. This recipe makes it smooth and a consistency of yogurt, if you want it more watery or juice like then add more coconut water.

Pour/scoop the contents into a bowl.

Sprinkle the granola, cut up your kiwi fruit and add the blueberries for the finale.

There you have it, an easy, completely natural, 5 minute breakfast to enjoy.

Take it from someone who doesnt even eat fruit, this is beyond yummy and totally guilt free.
